Every Agam Habitats residence begins by understanding the land — its trees, terrain, climate, light, wind, and ecology. Only then do we begin to design.
No standard floor plans. No repeated designs. No mass production. Each home exists only once, for one landscape, and for a select few.

The Collection
Not properties — places. Each habitat is presented as a story of land, light, and long-view design.
Residence One
Set beneath a centuries-old banyan, this residence is composed around the tree — cantilevered stone terraces frame its canopy from every room.
Residence Two
Terraced into a mist-held valley, low-slung stone pavilions open onto natural swimming ponds and hand-tended fields.
Residence Three
A quiet compound tucked into mature citrus groves. Earth-brick walls and wide overhangs keep peak summer heat at bay.
Residence Four
Cantilevered above a clear, boulder-strewn river. Timber decks reach out over the water; forest frames every view.
Joint Ventures
We partner with a small number of landowners each year to transform remarkable landscapes into carefully planned nature habitats — preserving the character of the land while unlocking its long-term value.
